Henry N. Christensen, Jr.

Henry N. Christensen, Jr. is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Virginia School of Law. He was associated with the New York City firm of Norton, Sacks, Molineaux and Pastore from 1969 to 1973 when he and the senior partner of that firm founded NORTON & CHRISTENSEN in Goshen. He is admitted to the bar of state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, various United States Circuit Courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He has tried construction claims cases in New York and New Jersey and before the Corps of Engineers Board of Contract Appeals. Henry Christensen also has extensive experience in the negotiation and documentation of agreements for construction and for the purchase and sale of assets and businesses and estate planning.

Harold M. Pressberg

Harold M. Pressberg is a graduate of Bucknell University and Boston University School of Law. He associated with the firm immediately upon graduation from law school and became a partner several years later. He is admitted to the bar of the States of New York and New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He has extensive experience in the preparation, documentation, litigation and arbitration of construction claims including mechanic's liens, trust funds, and payment bond claims.
